Operational documentation for industrial teams

Operators observe.
Forma documents.

Structured notes and shift handover logs, captured at the machine rather than at the end of the shift.

Built for controlled pilot use with industrial operators.

Forma

One tool. Two use cases.

Speak or type into any phone or browser. Forma structures the output and delivers it ready to use. No app to install. No training required. And every operator produces the same quality report, regardless of who is writing it.

Shiftlog

Shift handover log

A complete shift record. Ready for the next one.

Operators log observations by voice or text throughout the shift. Each entry is structured by severity, equipment, and category. The outgoing shift produces a searchable handover log, not a wall of free text. No shared PC login needed.

  • Consistent log quality regardless of who is on shift
  • Voice or text entry, structured automatically
  • Severity and category tagging per entry
  • Equipment-linked entries with KKS support
  • Searchable log across shifts and teams
  • Works on desktop and mobile
Field Note

Notes at the machine

Capture the observation. Paste it into your ERP.

The operator records a fault or maintenance note immediately after the job. Forma returns a structured, ERP-ready report by email, in Danish or English.

  • Consistent report quality across the whole team
  • Designed for structured copy-paste into common ERP systems
  • KKS and WBS equipment code recognition
  • REF-ID on every record for traceability
  • Voice data deleted immediately after transcription
  • Works on any phone or browser, no installation

Designed so that nothing is retained.

Forma handles operational log data: the same content already typed into ERP systems daily. The architecture is built around a single principle: voice and notes are processed transiently and never stored.

Voice is never storedAudio is transcribed in real time and discarded. Not retained by Dynexis or any sub-processor.
Notes are never storedStructured output is returned to the user's device and deleted from the processing pipeline.
GDPR-compliant AI processingAll transcription and structuring operates under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No data leaves the lawful EU transfer framework.
Per-user tokens, revocable instantlyNo shared credentials. Tokens are revoked by the administrator without touching other users.
No OT, SCADA, or DCS connectionForma captures documentation only. It has no connection to control systems or plant networks.
No installation requiredProgressive Web App. No software on user devices. No MDM or endpoint management required.

A standard Data Processing Agreement is available and can be adapted to enterprise requirements. Technical documentation and sub-processor details on request at info@dynexis.net. More questions? See the FAQ.

Running early pilots with industrial operators in Scandinavia.

Each pilot is designed to run with named users, a defined scope, and direct access to the founder. No commitment required for the initial conversation.

  • Low-friction setup: onboarding with named users and a defined scope
  • A short operational pilot before any commercial discussion
  • Designed to run alongside existing ERP and shift systems, without requiring an integration project
  • Direct feedback channel to the founder throughout
