About Dynexis, how Forma works, data security, GDPR compliance, and getting started.
Who is Dynexis and where are you based?
Dynexis is a software company founded and based in Kalundborg, Denmark. We build operational tools for industrial environments, starting with Forma. The company is registered under CVR 46459784.
Is this a startup? How do I know you will still be around in two years?
Yes, Dynexis is an early-stage company. We are transparent about that. The products are built on standard infrastructure with no proprietary lock-in, and pilot customers receive full data portability from day one. We think the honest answer is more useful than a reassurance.
How does Forma actually work?
The operator opens Forma on any phone or browser, records a voice note or types an observation, and receives a structured report back on screen within seconds. No app to install, no account to create. Access is controlled by a token the administrator issues per user. When ready, the operator sends the report by email — after each note for ERP entries, or as a complete handover log at the end of the shift for Shiftlog.
Does it integrate with our ERP system?
Not directly, and deliberately so. Forma produces structured output designed for copy-paste into common ERP systems including SAP. This means no integration project, no IT involvement to get started, and no dependency on your ERP vendor.
What languages does Forma support?
Danish and English. The operator can speak or write in either language and receive output in either language. Support for additional languages is planned.
How long does it take to get started?
For a pilot, typically less than a day. We issue named tokens for your users, confirm the template format that fits your ERP, and you are ready to go. No procurement process, no installation, no training course.
Where is our data stored?
It is not stored. Voice is transcribed in real time and discarded immediately. Structured notes are returned to the user and deleted from the processing pipeline. Dynexis holds no operational data after a note is generated.
Who processes the voice data?
Transcription uses OpenAI Whisper, operating under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Structuring uses the Anthropic Claude API, also under EU SCCs. Neither sub-processor retains the data. Full sub-processor details are available on request.
Is a Data Processing Agreement available?
Yes. A standard DPA is available and can be adapted to your organisation's requirements. Contact info@dynexis.net.
Does Forma connect to our control systems or plant network?
No. Forma captures documentation only. It has no connection to OT systems, SCADA, DCS, or any plant network. It runs entirely in the browser over standard HTTPS.
What does a pilot look like?
A short operational test with named users and a defined scope, typically two to four weeks. We handle onboarding. You use the product in your normal workflow and tell us what works and what does not. No commercial discussion until after the pilot.
What does it cost?
We do not publish pricing before a pilot conversation. The model is per user per month, with volume and bundle discounts for organisations adopting multiple products. Get in touch and we will give you a straight answer.
